The photos shown are examples of previous custom creations and are intended to provide inspiration and showcase my design style. Because each custom phone strap is individually handcrafted using carefully selected materials, every piece will be uniquely its own. No two Mercy Made customs will ever be exactly alike.
Once your design is complete, you'll receive a photo for approval before it's finalized.

Mercy Made pieces are handcrafted using a combination of semi-precious gemstones, glass, crystal, stainless steel, and other carefully selected materials.
Wearable gold components are made from gold-plated stainless steel, PVD-coated stainless steel, or polished stainless steel, making them durable, waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and nickel-free. Phone strap clasps are made from 18k gold-plated brass and may naturally show wear over time with regular use.
To keep your piece looking its best:
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
• While many components are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, limiting prolonged exposure to pools and saltwater will help preserve their finish.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth as needed.
• Avoid excessive pulling, stretching, or rough handling.
With proper care, your Mercy Made piece can be enjoyed for years to come.
