Mercy Made pieces are handcrafted using a combination of semi-precious gemstones, glass, crystal, stainless steel, and other carefully selected materials.
Wearable gold components are made from gold-plated stainless steel, PVD-coated stainless steel, or polished stainless steel, making them durable, waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and nickel-free. Phone strap clasps are made from 18k gold-plated brass and may naturally show wear over time with regular use.
To keep your piece looking its best:
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
• While many components are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, limiting prolonged exposure to pools and saltwater will help preserve their finish.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth as needed.
• Avoid excessive pulling, stretching, or rough handling.
